LucidGTD is a personal task and project management application ("the App") operated as a sole proprietorship. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription & billing

The App is offered on a monthly subscription of $6.00 USD, billed automatically via Stripe. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no payment method required; you will only be charged if you choose to subscribe during or after the trial. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from within the App, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because the trial gives you a full month to evaluate the App before any charge occurs, paid months are non-refundable except where required by law. If something's gone wrong, email support first — reasonable requests are handled case by case.

Acceptable use

Don't use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt the service, or attempt to access accounts other than your own.

Availability

The App is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally; material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
